I don’t hand that title out often but man, this one is a keeper!
We’re catering a Wedding tomorrow & one of the dishes I’m making for cocktail hour are these absolutely delicious Cider Glazed Chorizo, Potato & Roasted Red Pepper Skewers.
The Glaze is awesome- would be great on the BBQ with Chicken, Salmon, Pork Chops or over Roasted Zucchini, Asparagus & Cherry Tomatoes!
Cider Glaze Recipe
1 1/2 cups apple cider
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 finely chopped teaspoon garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Bring to a boil & summer until the syrup reduces & is thick & glossy.
